The best way to eat healthy is by knowing what’s in your food. The olive oils we make are made from olives and that’s it. No fillers, additives, or any of that other bad stuff. A one ingredient list of ingredients. It’s all we need.

We are HACCP, BRC, and Kosher certified, so our olive oils meet the strictest of standards. And we are Non-GMO Project verified, because we let nature make the olives, instead of interfering with perfection.

Without nature, none of what we do at Olisur would be possible. We aim to respect our environment and practice sustainability throughout our growing and bottling process. We run a carbon neutral operation, meaning we’ve taken the necessary steps to offset our carbon emissions by reducing, reusing, and recycling.

After bottling, byproducts of the olives, such as the pulp and nuts, are reapplied into our soil as organic fertilizer. Most of our leftover pits are sold and converted into biofuels. Of course, everything starts with our state-of- the-art mill, which is eco-friendly and uses geothermal temperature controls. And we water our groves with a solar-powered irrigation system.

Work hard, respect others and the earth. That’s been our formula for success since day one.
